This post is sponsored by Dunkin’ Donuts. All photos and opinions expressed are my own. I love donuts. And coffee.
I have been SO BUSY this year, y’all. Like unstoppably bananas crazy busy. Work, wedding, rescue stuff… 2016 has been a whirlwind.
I actually don’t know where the time went. Does this mean I’m getting old? Probably.
A month to the day after Chad and I got hitched (I promise I’ll give you guys wedding details one of these days), I accepted job #6564567 (only a slight exaggeration) and flew to Texas to train. So every single day now has even more things packed into it. I am totally thrilled with the work, but dang do I ever need coffee.
Salted Caramel Latte ^^^ omg
Last week I was talking to my mom, and she asked me if the new work I’d picked up was affecting my work here on Sugar Dish Me(really they work hand in hand). She is the only reader that noticed I’ve been recirculating some older recipes (like this Pumpkin Torte Cake) and not as much new stuff lately. Mom is looking for some new material, I think (I have lots of new stuff, so no worries mom and the 2 other readers that have been paying attention).
My days don’t ever seem to go in a straight line, and you guys know all about my love of breakfast food. Sometimes I like my bagels in the middle of the afternoon. Sometimes I like coffee and donuts at 6 pm. We are living on the edge over here.
I am eternally grateful for Dunkin’ Donuts and their all-day-long breakfast food.
This Everything Bagel toasted with cream cheese is my afternoon break everything. And recently I decided to branch out and try the new Salted Caramel Latte. HOT. With an extra turbo shot, half the salted caramel syrup, and plenty of whipped cream. Don’t skimp on the caramel, please. THAT IS HOW YOU DO IT. (and also they will just make your coffee any way you say so you don’t have to feel bad about your coffee adjectives)
The point to this here coffee break was to do a little catching up, because we are long overdue. I have a whole itinerary of notes on my phone, and a whole arsenal of new recipes. But it’s about to be Thanksgiving, and right now on this Friday? I kind of want to just eat a pink sprinkled donut and have one more cup of coffee. On Monday we can talk about all the rest of the things.
And because I feel like you know me? Like knowwww meeee, I know you’re not judging me.

Hey Heather :) I feel the same way, pressed with time and always running behind it and my dad was starting to ask me a while back too if I was ever going to post new stuff again. hehe Anyway... I hear a lot about Dunkin' Donuts, I have never seen one in Europe but I heard there is one in Bangalore. They should open one in Goa (people would love it). ^.^ Well, looks like I need a coffee now. Nice to get around your blog. :D
