Meal Plans Made Simple #33

Is it fall yet? I feel pretty strongly that the first meal plan of September should feel fall-ish. But it is miserably hot here in NC. We are paying the full mild summer price. So this week is full of meals that are basically willing the weather to the place I want it to be. Wishing for jeans and hoodies with casseroles and homemade cheeseburger macaroni.

MONDAY

TUESDAY

Roasted Hatch Chile and Sweet Corn Quesadilla – A Kitchen Addiction This might be a simple weeknight meal, but there is nothing simple about the flavor!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Beef Ribs – The Gunny Sack OMG these are truly finger licking good!

THURSDAY

Tomato Basil Pasta – Spoonful of Flavor – I love pasta and I love easy, so this is just perfect

 

FRIDAY

Asian Lettuce Wraps with Skinny Sriracha Cream Sauce – Call Me PMc – Skinny or not I’ll take two!

 

SATURDAY

 

Beer Braised Honey Sriracha Wings – Sugar Dish Me Nothing would make me happier on a Saturday night than a cold beer and this wing sauce all over my face

SUNDAY

Biscuit Topped Chicken Pot Pie – Lemons for Lulu – Let’s drown our Sunday night blues in comfort food.
