Let’s face it. Chili is pretty dang good any time. But it’s exceptional in the winter months when you live in layers and need to get good and toasty from the inside out. Here are 25 Chili Recipes To Keep You Warm!
Oh yeah. Let’s make chili. Because it’s cold. Because it’s rainy or snowy or icy or whatever. Because there is a game on! Because I said so.
Last week I participated in a chili cook off; it was a fundraiser for the rescue group I volunteer with. We had professional chef judges and awesome prizes and everything! I was pretty determined to win because Le Creuset donated a 4.5 quart Cherry Red Dutch Oven and I need it in my life. BUT. I did not win. So I’m just gonna have to add it to my wedding registry.
Anyway. I decided I should collect all the chili recipes for …market research… so I can win next time. And then I decided I should share said chili recipes with you. A good bowl of chili can go all kinds of ways. We’re talking beef,or chicken, or veggie chili, or chili with starch like potatoes or barley. There’s sweet, spicy, smoky, and everything in between. I tapped some of the best recipe developers in the business for their all-time-favorites, and here they are – in no particular order, but grouped so you can find just exactly what you are looking for.

All nice recipes. My favorite is chili con carne and it's an old recipe from many years ago. It's not even a recipe. I made it up and it turns out different every time. Have a great Sunday!
